I’ve been a patient here for almost one year and Dr. Martinez and his staff are fantastic and professional. They are usually busy and work very hard to help each and every patient. I’ve returned multiple times and have always been happy with their services.

My father was in an accident about 6 years ago that totally changed the course of his life in terms of quality , this had an enormous impact on our day to day lives as we are heavily involved in outdoor activities. After visiting different facilities around San Antonio and some here in Laredo we came across this clinic through a referral.. I really wish we had found this doctor sooner he has been actively treating my dad for about 9 months now I am so astonished with the quality of care we continuously receive from beginning to end, only regret not finding this clinic sooner.. Dr. Marte Martinez has been my doctor for the past 4-5 years . He always has a smile for everyone. His staff is great, helpful, and always friendly. Would not switch doctors he is the best at what he does as well as his staff.

Dr. Martinez is an amazing doctor. He has helped so much with my back pain and my neck pain. After my fall I never thought I would ever be pain free. His staff is very friendly especially the girls in the front. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. Highly recommend!!!!

Unfortunately this doctor is like many others. They are quantity based rather than quality based doctors. My last visit (literally), I waited for almost 4 hours before seeing Dr. Martinez. I would’ve walked out hadn’t I already paid my copay. They have a system in place where they make you wait in waiting area for so long, then place you in a room. Eventually you will see Dr Martinez or 5-10 minutes if you’re lucky. I definitely will not be waisting my time in his office anymore.

Dr. Martinez and his staff are incredible! Everyone is absolutely knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you to Lucy and Alejandro for making me feel at ease about my procedure and Dr. Martinez for making me feel so comfortable. He is very easy to talk to and meticulous with his work. Highly recommend!

Dr. Martinez (if that's what you wanna call him) is very rude, arrogant, makes distasteful comments, and disrespectful towards his staff. I've seen it myself. Unlike Dr. Ali who has a very kind and sincere demeanor. Too bad I can't see him instead. Oh and I'm pretty sure there's a scam going on there with the billing. I see him for 2 mins sometimes and I get billed hundreds of dollars to my insurance. I already called my insurance and they're gonna look into it.
And in response to the insincere comment below....no thanks. I said I'm not going back. I'll wait for another doctor to come to town

I have been seeing Dr. Martinez for about 6 years for a variety of physical problems. I have found him to be very knowledgeable, and extremely competent. He is also compassionate and caring. One of the things I like best about him is that he takes the time to really listen to ones concerns and never makes one feel rushed. I highly recommend him.
