I have used Loren Stark for my TPA requirements for my companies 401k plan for the last 5 years. I have found the team at Loren Stark to be on the ball, helpful with compliance issues and proactive in addressing issues that may come up. They have been helpful and I would not be able to do what we do, without them.

Be warned ! This is the worst company to do business with.
This company has been managing - or more correctly mismanaging my retirement plan for some time and I am appalled that a company can get away with gross malpractice. I am a medical doctor.
They are unprofessional and unresponsive. Never return phone calls or emails. Nobody at this company seems to know what’s going on. But they keep sending thousands of dollars of bills. I can’t wait to change to another company and I am also considering legal action against this company for economic loss due to their negligence.
