In 2006, LEGO Construction was founded on the principles of quality, integrity, and collaboration. Originally established as a General Contractor in the Miami area, LEGO grew into a Construction Management firm that delivers Construction Management at Risk, Design Bid, and Design Bid Build services at a national level to better serve clients' growing needs.
The longer a problem goes unchecked, the more expensive and time consuming it becomes to solve. Together with the client, project owner, and other contractors, we begin each project by understanding its unique requirements and identifying the appropriate delivery method. As a small business, LEGO Construction's team of professionals can provide the flexibility, responsiveness, and dedicated attention that large, multinational companies can't.
All employees meet the Occupational Health & Safety Administration (OSHA) and US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Construction Quality Management requirements and certifications. LEGO Construction supports military readiness and government initiatives by providing dependable, quality construction and renovation services to ensure the safe and continuous operation of our nation's facilities.
Over the last decade, we have successfully constructed and renovated more than 100 healthcare projects within occupied, active medical facilities. Since 2009, LEGO Construction has been a contractor for Jackson Health System, Broward Health System, and other organizations in South Florida. The most important aspect of any medical renovation or repair project is the health and comfort of the patients and employees within the facility.

Poor quality craftsmanship and finish. Told the journeyman about concerns regarding the doors. Never returned to rectify the issue. They installed a surface joint across the middle of the room and placed a threshold that is not flushed with the tile. It sticks above and is a potential tripping hazard. Never in my 35 years of construction have I seen such poor work.
