Ms. Lastovka has done valuations for our Family LLC a number of times - both for estate purposes and for on-going share sales among members. Valuing the LLC is challenging due to the nature of the assets it owns and its quite restrictive Operating Agreement. She consistently digs deep into the company's details to understand the entire situation and its subtleties - with the result that her valuations are insightful and reasonable. I have felt very confident in providing her valuations for IRS filings and for shareholders' use.

Terri did a superior job on the business evaluation during my highly contentious divorce.
