I have to honestly say, that before I chose Culligan, I shopped around. So, I made up my mind from the reviews to choose Culligan, WHAT A MISTAKE that was. They are constantly calling me to let me know that the driver wasn't delivering my water because of one thing or another. They were supposed to give me 9 bottles and only delivered 7. They are very unprofessional when answering the phone and don't care about their customers. I am very disappointed with this company and WILL NEVER Ever recommend them. I would go with Poland spring or Crystal rock water delivery. They are a little

We returned from Fl at the end of May...called ahead to reactivate service...called every week for three weeks after we arrived back home...no deliveries. Now in Sept, no deliveries since July...we have, if account is correct, two water deliveries in three months, going for four. I am 82 years old and have issues running to the store for 5 gal bottles, so have been using one gal bottles. My son installed the 5-gal bottle once/week when they were here...but now they seem not to exist. Promises are worthless...they just want to get you off the phone when you call, so will promise anything but nothing

I wish I can cancel my service with this place. Absolutely horrible customer service. I get a "robo call" that my salt will be delivered on 8/24/21. I wait all day and made several attempts to call on the status of my delivery. No one ever answers the telephone. The call goes to their answering service. It's useless for them to have this service because even if you leave a message no one ever returns your call. I am finally told that my delivery isn't scheduled until 8/30/21. August 30th comes around and no one shows up with them claiming the driver got hurt. I am

We've been using Culligan for over 25 years for our well water. They have saved me numerous times through various emergencies. My well unfortunately has sulfur water and through their treatment we are just great with regular yearly maintenance. Even with a bit of a bump during Covid understaffing ,issues were resolved. I received a call from the manager of Culligan yesterday, he was unaware of my request. He was very sympathetic of my financial situation and he offered to give me three months at no charge for my service plan. He also scheduled my yearly maintenance appointment for May while I'm home on quarantine which makes sense. The reason I purchased the service agreement and the reason I chose Culligan was because of the well known name and the assurance of service I wouldn't have to worry about it. Culligan of Troy should give Greene county up to Culligan of Hudson... 3 times over 4 months they failed to show..no call... Since I can't lift 5 gals.. no 3 gal option ... required me to be at home... Zero customer service.. and they billed me after cancelling... Still waiting for my refund.. it's been over a week...

It's rare to find a company anymore that actually provides great service. My mom had a leaking valve on the softener and with in a few hours a tech was dispatched. He was polite, efficient, had everything he needed to change the valve and did it with a smile. Thank you Mark for fixing the issue and not taking advantage of an old lady. I highly recommend you guys to anyone looking for water services.

Not knowing the first thing about which system we had or what purpose any of the many tanks served, I was at a loss when our water turned pink and became "slippery".
We had an existing Culligan system that was rather old, and called for a service.

It's too bad more service companies can't follow Culligan's lead. We bought a water softener from them and Chad, the salesperson walked us through the entire process and gave us all our options. He never pressured us to buy more than what we needed. And he worked us very well in the price. Installation was on time and extremely professional and neat. Our water situation has improved greatly.
I suggest in the strongest terms that anyone with water problems consider Culligan. This was my third purchase from them and each time they conduct themselves in the highest manner.
