Carol Langsdon, RNP serves as our advanced nurse injector. She obtained her nursing degree and certification as a nurse practitioner in 1981 from the University of Arkansas College of Nursing; a pioneer program in nurse practitioner training and one of the first programs in the nation. She was inducted as a member of Sigma Theta Tau, a national honor society for nurses.
A full-service outpatient facility is located on-site. Germantown Ambulatory Surgical Center, LLC was constructed to blend in with the historic section of Germantown. The center is fully licensed by the State of Tennessee Department of Health and is certified by Medicare. The staff is dedicated to quality care and is sensitive to the privacy of our cosmetic patients.
Langsdon and his staff are very thorough with their care, both during the consultation stages as well as post op. They are caring and knowledgeable. I appreciated the convenience of surgical facilities within the location of the aesthetic clinic and doctors office. The Langsdon Clinic uses the advanced VECTRA 3D imaging system to provide our patients with the most complete education possible regarding facial plastic surgery procedures. Using this system, Dr. Langsdon can take a three dimensional photograph of the patient prior to surgery. Then, using VECTRA'S software simulation tools, he can create 3D representations of how you will look after surgery.

I would actually give zero stars for the results I got for the money I spent here. I went with very specific goals and was willing to pay for it. I ended spending over $1500 and got none of what I requested. I went for a follow up and expressed my disappointment and was given lots of excuses and no satisfaction. Go somewhere else!

I was very pleased with my office visit and the professionalism of the staff. My concern began after the surgical procedure. Last November i had an open rhinoplasty performed. After over one year my nose area continue to look unprofessional and unpleasing to the eye. The area gives the look that trauma has occurred, instead of a rhinoplasty surgery. From my experience this wasn't a good choice for this type of delicate surgery.
