We offer gift cards in any denomination and they never expire. Live out of state or just can't make it to the store to purchase a gift card for that special gardener? Just order one below and we will send it to them for you. Gift Cards purchased online are good at Bardstown Road location only. All of your personal and billing information is transmitted to us using industry standard encryption.
Want to get that landscape project done around the yard but don't have the ideal vehicle to transport plants and mulch. From items that are too heavy or awkward to transport in your personal vehicle to mulches and soils you simply don't want to put in your car. Frank Otte Nursery offers fast local delivery.
Before you start mulching we recommend you put down a granular weed control to keep weeds from sprouting. Weed granuals will not harm existing plants they only work on seeds. We recommend weed control granuals instead of weed fabric for all mulch applications except for gravel. Black Hardwood- This mulch is similar to the brown hardwood in texture but its coal black color sets it apart.
We understand that not everyone has the time, tools, or means necessary to plant, so we offer landscaping service for items purchased at our location. From individual trees to front foundations our certified staff will install your purchase and go over care instructions to ensure the growth and development of your plants.

High prices, poor service. No refunds. Purchased a very large order of bushes and trees at the Bardstown Road location. Most of the bushes delivered to me were diseased. Manager refused refund or exchange. Quoted $50 for delivery but charged $75. I hand picked the specific plants I wanted. They were marked with red ribbon with my name. The plants delivered to me were diseased, not the ones I ordered. I was cheated by Frank Otte.

Spent $500 redoing my landscape with their Labor day sale, finally got everything planted (a lot of work!) And ended up being short 1 bush to complete my landscaping, the day after the sale ended. Called up, explained the situation, and asked nicely to see if they would make an exception and give me the sale price I'd paid for the other bushes. The guy unapologetically said flat out no and hung up the phone without any further discussion.. the rude response doesn't quite sit right with me considering I've been going up there regularly for years, just spent $500 with them, and got completely shrugged

We need some new bushes in our front yard. Checked out Frank Ott and they said the sale ended today September 7, 2019 and so we went there and they said the ad was wrong and they were trying to fix it. she said a lot of people KMan looking for the sale today and the crazy thing is I tried to call them this morning but nobody would answer tried to call them today in the afternoon and no one answered. I just wasted my gas my time my energy

Customer service sucks. was going to purchase bulk rock, went to counter, told the guy what I needed and he, said "getcha a cart and start loading them up." I asked if they had someone to load them, he said, "there's three guys out there, go find them." I said I don't work for Frank Otte, why don't YOU go find them." I'm 65 years old, otherwise I would've loaded them myself. Already had spent over $500 over the weekend. Will never go back.
