2018 was the start of a new venture for Dr. Prasad and his staff. Dr. Prasad was formerly part of JCMG as medical director and physician at the JCMG Laser and Vein Center and Medspa. In January of 2018 he opened the Genesis Laser and Vein Center and Genesis Medspa, an independent, local, family-owned business.

The Genesis Company started as a new beginning for us. This new beginning provided us the opportunity to have more direct influence on the services offered and how those services are delivered to you our valued clients. Dr. Prasad, our medical director and owner, opened our Edgewood location in 2007.

During the past few years I've had four separate vein treatments performed by Dr. Prasad and staff. Procedures make living life to the fullest a possibility! Dr.Prasad is awesome in every way as is the staff by his side. Each and every step in the process of assessing the vein problems, procedures and costs were made easier by the professional experienced Dr and team. Only regret...shouldn't have waited so long!
