I had to wait a little bit past my appointment time, but it was okay. Angie still greeted me and asked what I wanted done while I was waiting. The gel manicure was really well done and she gave me just what I wanted. I’ll be back!

I got to the salon at 9:30 am to get a pedicure and fill. I did not leave until 1:00 pm. They told me they could match my ombré nails. After they removed them they couldn’t. When I told them I could not wait any longer, the Asian lady started yelling and cussing at me. If the original lady would have scheduled correctly, I wouldn’t have had to wait so long. I will NEVER use this nail salon again.

I booked an appointment at this business for my wife today. For her toes and nails. My wife was leapfrogged by atleast 6-7 individuals and my wife sat in there looking dumb for two hours before somebody helped her. What’s the point of booking an appointment if 1. The associate is late 2. They take walk ins before helping an APPOINTMENT customer. Will never book here again

I from PA and was in town and decided to Google search so I can get my nails done. Not only did the owner Alan do my nails, but he listened and gave me exactly how I wanted. He was the most gentle nail tech I have ever had. Definitely recommend them 💯

I brought my God daughter in here on Saturday for a pedicure, the pedicure is fine, the lady did a good job. I had a shellac color change during her pedicure & I noticed that night after I got home from getting her ready for homecoming, the fingernails on my left hand are all starting to peel off. I live an hr and 15 minutes away from here or I would of gladly walked back in the next day & let them fix them but now I will have to pay someone to fix their mess up. I took a picture, it's hard to notice but if you enlarge it you can see what I am talking about. disappointed

They were able to take 4 ladies for an appointment, and promptly started us at our appointment time. The pedicures were lovely and done well! They had a good selection of colors and pedicure options.
The dip powder manicure I received was not great…They were a little heavy handed with the electric file when taking off my old dip powder IMO. I specifically said I was happy with my current length, just wanted an oval shape, but they were still cut and ended up shorter than I wanted.
My main issue resided in how rough my nail tech was with the sponge file and brush. She was quite literally hitting

I wanted to like this place because you can make appointments online and the staff are nice but I have never had such an awful manicure and pedicure. I came home and realized my big toe was completely smudged, and the gel manicure I got was so sloppy. The gel was uneven, and the polish went into my skin. To top it off, it's already chipping and it's been 3 days. I probably could've done a better job myself. Like I said, everyone there was nice but the quality of the work is extremely sub par.

I absolutely enjoyed coming here for the first time. The owner was just so sweet and polite. I got there pretty late and they close at 7 but they did my nails and after my nails were done they also did my pedicure. So they ended up staying an additional 45 minutes for me. My nails came out okay but I believe it was lost in translation. I didn't come prepared to show him my nails I did want so I just got a playing French tip coffin-shaped. But the coffin shape is very uneven. When I go back in two weeks I will get them fixed and it should be a lot better.

The man who was doing my nails name was Alan. He was horribly rude and rolled his eyes anytime I spoke. He was very rough and did not seem to care about his job or doing a halfway decent job. When I got outside in the sunlight , I saw how horrible these nails were. I have NEVER in my life seen nails so bad. I would be ashamed if this were my business.
I went back in and asked for a refund and was told the only way I could get a refund is if I sat down for them to take my nails off. After already being there for 2 1/2 hours I was there for another hour while they

The parking in this area can be difficult with a lot a businesses and not too many spaces.
The staff seem to be very unprofessional. I was hit on by one of the nail techs and a couple of them had their children with them. I wouldn't mind, however their kids were distracting to the nail tech and they had to leave a couple times to try to appease the kids. My friend wanted to get multiple colors on her toes and her nail tech seemed to be annoyed by the amount of work. They talk a lot in another language and one of them *joked* and said to me "they are talking about you!" And my nail

Nails look good I went in on a Sunday they are crazy busy on Sunday's don't go if you aren't prepared to wait for a while. I'm pretty sure I had the owner do my nails I like how he did them
I didn't like that he was doing a whole bunch of other things like checking people out or answering calls or setting up pedicures while doing my set but I get it they where busy but I would have liked for him to just focus on my nails the shaping is a bit off but you can't tell unless you really are looking but other then that they where nice and I will be going back just not on

Was visiting from the DMV and came to get a mani pedi. I got the shellac mani and deluxe pedi. Such amazing service! The guy took his time with both services and his hands are A1 the massage on my legs and forearms were so great. Everyone super friendly. Offered something to drink and they had a TV there. They also offer waxing and lash extensions high I thought was good!
