Services
KD Precision Machining has been in business for over 15 years and our machinist have over 50 years combined aerospace manufacturing experience. We specialize in Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, and Commercial manufacturing. We provide our customers with various types of services including Prototypes, long production run CNC Milling and Turning.
KD Precision is an industry leader in CNC Turning. Our superior CNC Turning services allow us to manufacture components, from a variety of materials, and complex close tolerances with precision. Utilizing computer numerical controlled lathes, we ensure precise repeatability of machined components. KD Precision uses state-of-the-art Doosan Puma and Hwacheon CNC lathes.
CNC milling can create parts and components to fit extremely precise dimensions and requirements. Using computer-guided tools, the manufacturing process is completed quickly and with supreme accuracy. KD Precision utilizes several state-of-the-art Doosan 4-axis vertical mills to provide the finest milling services in Southern California and the United States.
Laser engraving works by using a focused beam of light to mark the surface of a material. When the beam interacts with the material's surface, it alters the material's properties and appearance. This concentrated beam targets only a specified area, allowing the laser marking machine to create precise, high quality, high-contrast marks that are easy to read or scan on virtually any surface.
