As one would expect, pump/well system began to malfunction on a Saturday morning. Pump running continuously; lucky to catch Jason in the shop; discussed possible problems ; suggested i start by replacing pressure switch...then call him if needed. Swapped out switch; problem continued; called Jason (Saturday afternoon)...told me to turn down pressure on switch...this resolved problem temporarily to get through weekend. Monday AM, John, showed up; symptoms point to failed check valve, split in a section of pipe or collar, and/or worn out pump. determined need to pull 250’ of pipe, 2 hours later

Came home from vacation to a blown pump breaker. First time experiencing a pump failure. Contacted Luttrell first thing the next morning, they sent a team over within an hour. Replaced my pump and a bad wire, and were done by lunch. Super speedy, fast service. One of the few quality NoMI businesses left. 👏

This company is the absolute best!!!!!
They have the greatest group of people working for them!!
We were in bad shape in August with our WELL not working. Our pump went bad and was a special order pump due to it being a 3".
They fixed the WELL , with a quick turn around, and even worked overtime to make sure we had water!
