Polar Screens and Signs is the "Sourdough" of the Kenai Peninsula. We've offered screen printing and sign painting since 1982, the oldest such shop on the peninsula. With 25 years of experience we've had the opportunity to work with all kinds of materials: wood, vinyl, glass, plastic, apparels, boats, autos, airplanes and even graduation caps.
If we can't paint it, vinyl it, or screen print it, it probably can't be done. We have an extensive selection of original Alaska-themed t-shirts and caps on hand. These are great gifts for visitors passing through, or for your friends and family in the lower 48! In the early 80's, Lowell Choat, owner and operator of Polar Screens and Signs, graduated with two degrees: Commercial Art and Graphic Reproduction.

On the sign side of the shop, we've screen printed runs of 4' by 8' political signs, lots and lots of lawn signs, vinyl door stickers, bumper stickers, even airplane dash boards. It seems that there is a need for multiple commercial signs everywhere. On the T-shirt side of the shop, we've printed T-shirts, jackets, caps, sweatshirts, fleece, team jerseys, and much more apparel.
Polar Screens and Signs uses a number of different mediums and techniques to create the sign that is right for you. Whether you need magnetics or computerized vinyl for your vehicles, lawn signs, banners, wood, plastic, or backlit for your outdoor signs, call us. For a great handpainted, airbrushed sign or custom artwork for your logo, we can do it!
