Kyle Wang is the owner of Hoosier Hauler of Indianapolis. Having grown up in Lafayette, IN, Kyle joined the Marine Corps right out of high school to obtain an education and serve his country. He is a husband and a father. Kyle served a 4-year tour in the Marine Corps and traveled the world to places like Okinawa, Mainland Japan, Korea, Thailand, Germany, Guam, and finishing his tour at Camp Pendleton, CA.

Melissa answered the phone on a Saturday afternoon after my basement flooded. She calmly walked me through all of their dumpster sizes and had the perfect sized one delivered on Monday so I could clean out my furniture and carpet from my basement. She was amazing at solving my problem. And it was affordable to use their services.

Arrived 530 pm on a Friday which is fine. They called before informing me of the approximate drop off time. Driver put it where i wanted it. Problem was two days before pickup, sent an email telling them I needed an exrension. This was over Thanksgiving so had no option to call. Friday, day of pickup, no email response, so called at 9 am. Little did I know it had already been picked up. Claimed they never got the email. Didnt even offer any resolution other than another full price rental. Plus didnt truely get 7 days since it was picked up 8 hours before the drop off. Disappointing.

We have used this place twice. The first time everything was fine. The second time, we got a dumpster at around 2pm and was going to rent it for 3 days. On the 3rd day, which happened to be a Saturday, they show up at 7am, blowing up my phone because my car was behind the dumpster, threatening to charge me an additional $125 if they have to come back. They woke my kids up with that loud truck. Why in the world would they come at 7am on a Saturday, especially when I didn't even rent it until 2pm or so. That's not a full 72 hours as I understood it. I will never use them again.

I work for a company that installs windows and doors in the central Indiana area and we often have need for a dumpster. Every time I call, I am met with a friendly greeting and even when I call with a somewhat urgent need, they take care of everything with a level of customer service that has become all too rare -- they truly make the customer feel valued and important. They were able to deliver the dumpster the day after I called to reserve it. Quick delivery and pick up. They were also much more affordable than the larger company website I checked first. I will definitely call them again when we need the same thing. Also, don't trust your own judgement and get the next size up. 😁

I've never had a good experience with them. Two different transactions and customer service is absolutely terrible. They will take your payment upfront and throw customer service out the door.
Their fees are hidden and huge. They have no checks and balances.
We ordered a dumpster to a house with a large back yard and large ally but the driver didn't feel comfortable backing in. The reason because the grass was wet and he didn't want to get stuck. Didn't you know the grass was wet a day after a rainstorm? Guess what, only a partial refund. Seems pretty predatory. Other companies will pull the

I worked with Melissa, she was polite and informative. She helped me make the right choice in dumpster for cleaning out my fathers shop. Prices were better than most and when the driver came to drop the dumpster off he was very considerate about my parents new concrete. He put wood down to keep the dumpster rollers from marking the new concrete. I would work with them again.

I wanted to support a veteran-owned company, but I've been treated very poorly by Hoosier Hauler. Their delivery driver damaged my house in June 2019 and it took the company until September 2019 to offer restitution. After the damage incident, 2 months went by. Hoosier Hauler required I obtain a repair estimate and send it to them for reimbursement. I did as they asked. More months went by. I decided to call one last time and let the company know, as a courtesy, that I would be filing a small claim the next day if the restitution was not made. We rented a 10 yard dumpster for household cleanup. Hoosier Hauler had affordable rates and excellent customer service. Whitney went above and beyond to assist when I needed to extend the rental - at the last minute and on a Sunday evening. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone. Give them a call!

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! They are great at Hoosier hauler! I needed a dumpster for a home renovation project, and a friend recommended HH to me. So glad she did! They were very helpful, since I had no idea what I was doing. They explained to me that I needed a bigger dumpster for what I was doing, and thank goodness, because we filled it completely! They returned my phone calls promptly, and even worked with me after business hours! They dropped off the dumpster and picked it up when they said they would, and caused absolutely no damage. My contractor hired Hoosier Hauler to drop off a 30 yard dumpster for a project at my house. The driver was prompt and very professional. He put the dumpster exactly where I asked in my driveway. The same driver came back when it was time to remove the dumpster. Again, he was on time, professional, and worked very hard to get the dumpster loaded onto his truck. He moved his truck like he was an artist.

We cleaned out my Mother-in-Law's home as she prepared to downsize. Hoosier Hauler really came through for us. They were a pleasure to deal with and they delivered on time as promised. After a full day of clean-out, we realized we needed another dumpster. They delivered a second dumpster and remove the first one on the same day we called. They even discounted the second dumpster!

We recently moved out of our house and left Indy for the West Coast. After living in one house for six years and having multiple roommates throughout those years, I had quite a bit of junk to get rid of.
