For the second time this year (2021) I did something stupid coming into my garage at night. It was only three months since the other time, but I knew to call All About Doors in Glen Burnie, MD, because they did such a great job last time, and a few years ago too. The owner's son, Randy, arrived and did an amazing job making my very old Sears door work like it's supposed to. He also told me how to use the spray stuff that lubricates the works. It was fun to watch him work because he likes doing a good job. Also I liked talking to him. Hey! I'm 80 and love meeting new people.

The customer service was not the greatest. Today I was informed that because the driver could not fit in the alley way on his visit to my home I was still being charged for 1hr of work although no work was completed. To then be charged again for 2 1/2 hours of work when he returned with a smaller truck and what I initially called about has still not been repaired.

Contacted All About Doors last week as my garage door was making noises that it shouldn't make. I was hoping to get someone to come out before the end of the week but to my surprise, the same day!
Randy was the young man that came out to service my noisy garage door. He had me open and close it and then started meticulously working on the adjustments that were needed. He kept using his torpedo level so it is safe to assume my door was never installed correctly and the cause of my noise.

We own a few rental properties and have been customers of All About Doors for several years. We have had a great experience with Bruce, the owner, and his team. One of pane of glass shattered on our Garaga garage door. Bruce worked with Garaga to get a replacement for us for free because this was the second that had shattered. I was impressed and thankful for his extra effort to help us. This service crew has been knowledgeable and prompt with service calls. I would recommend them if you're looking for a garage door replacement or need a service call.

We had the best experience with All About Doors! The service and pricing were terrific. We are building a house and they installed 4 garage doors, 3 for the garage and a clear glass paneled garage door for our pool house.... ( which looks absolutely amazing) All About Doors is a top notch company that I will recommend to anyone I know that is looking for garage doors. Thanks for the great experience
