Needed to get a baby blanket embroidered, and having never done this before, I had a lot of questions. Colleen explained the process & was very patient. She showed me what the font would look like and made sure I was happy with the font size. The final product was ready in a few days! I can't wait to ship it off to my friend!

I am a small business owner and my time is limited. I had tried numerous people to print and design my shirts, but never got what I wanted. I was lucky enough to find CR Embroidery and haven't went anywhere else since. I have had shirts, hats, zip ups, long sleeves and hoodies all made there that turned out amazing. Coleen is a particularly nice person who perhaps not need be. I have only had excellent dealings with her and it is nice to do your business with the person who's moniker gives the shop its name! I supplied an admittedly low res logo electronically which she had converted for me to the proper format. We brought her new and used garments and she did her work with ease and was meticulous every step of the way until we picked them up. Since, many of my colleagues have also had work done and we have been thrilled at the quality and wear our embroidered garments with pride. Thank you Coleen!

Colleen Ross is not only a talented artist, but an incredible person. I came to her in a desperate last ditch attempt to pull off some bridal shower favors after all else failed and there was no time left. Not only did she go out of her way to help me in an impossibly short time frame- she did incredible work, and everyone who saw the canvas bags she embroidered raved about them!!! I would recommend her to anyone, and will never again go anywhere else! I can not thank her enough for going so out of her way to help me when I was in such a pickle!

I took my dress shirt to get an out of the ordinary design here. When I asked about the pricing for embroidery, Colleen was very helpful to direct me to a much more affordable method of applying the design.
She and a coworker worked persistently to plan out the design perfect to my liking before I left the shirt to get worked on. From then, communication about progress was feasible and arranging a time to pick up the shirt was outstanding.
She waited after hours, due to traffic, so I could pick up the shirt before an important event. I left with a greatly quality worked on shirt for a good price
