My experience with Elena is always positive. She is so welcoming and kind, and enjoyable to be around. She is experienced in facials and she knows what she is doing. She really cares about her clients. She gives great recommendations on how to take care of your skin. She takes her time and doesn't rush the appointment. I’ve been seeing positive results, and I will continue to go back.

Highly recommended - I wouldn’t trust anyone else! I’ve been a client of Elena’s since 2007 and she has been incredible! Waxing, facials - everything is top quality. She is friendly, funny, compassionate, through, explains everything and answers any questions you have. She’s the best! Recently I’ve started getting a chemical peel and my skin has never looked and felt better.
She’s also always been incredibly sanitary and over the course of the pandemic she took every precaution available.

I have been going to Elena for over ten years. She is the best waxer in Chicagoland. I know this is a bold statement, but I’ve been to a few different waxers in my day, and no one even comes close to Elena! She is gentle and quick, and she builds trust with all of her clients. Elena also understands skin care for all types of skin at different stages of life. As my skin has aged, she has recommended treatments that have greatly improved the texture and radiance of my skin and she has even gotten rid of age spots and sun spots on my face. I recommend Elena highly!
