Been trying to resolve my issues with GO Rentals before writing a review...NO hope, Jeff is a poor customer service representative. His answer is always "I could make it work" . Took my snow blowers in for a tune up last winter had the carburetor replaced in the smaller one , did not use them all summer tried to start the smaller one this year in the beginning of December and it would not run. Took it back to GO Rentals who kept them for a month then called to say they couldn't work on them (mechanic issues) please pick them up. I picked them up and although Jeff was able to start

I rented a Stihl mini-rototiller from Go Rentals a few weeks back for some simple gardening at my home in Carbondale. When I tried to use the machine, it was difficult to start. Once I finally got it started, the machine would not generate enough power to turn any soil. I returned the machine to Go Rentals, and Jeff said the transmission was malfunctioning, and the gears were out of alignment. He said the machine was working properly when I picked it up, and he would not offer me a refund or a replacement rototiller unless I paid for a second rental.

Brought in a snowblower if January to be fixed. Carburetor cleaned, tune up, would not go into reverse. They called 2 months later to say it was fixed. When I went to pick it up, they charged $80 for the carburetor cleaning and said it was fine. I said I wanted the linkage looked at for reverse. Never heard back. They called the first week in December to say they still had it and it was done. When I went to pick it up, they were annoyed that I had left it there all summer ( Never called me), charged me another $80 and it doesn't not start and the linkage was not fixed. It leaked all the gas
