The sales person was a nice young man who was doing his best to sell the company product.
Once the installation commenced, i was very pleased with 3 of the 4 windows that was installed. The 4th one, they had to make a hole to install a window. This was in the shower above my tile which was discussed. There was another gentlemen that came by to take more measurements to ensure that it was measured correctly. When they came to stall the window, it was bulkier then i expected and they have to break some of my tiles to make the window fit. Over all i say it was a good job but just know that if a window

Our experience with Illinois Energy has been excellent! From the initial contact to schedule an appointment for the estimate through the installation, everyone was professional and courteous. Garrett gave us our estimate. He was friendly, courteous, and thorough. We did not feel pressured into making our decision. on house. Salesman was professional, no pressure. Workers were great finished job in one day. very happy with everything. would recommend them any time. Nice company to deal with. Neighbors all love the work!! So do we!!!
