As a veteran and security professional myself, I'm embarrassed at how terrible this company is. They are completely useless and it seems the only time they decide to perform any action at all it's to bother residents of our neighborhood with "parking tickets". I'd be embarrassed to work here and I'm embarrassed that my neighborhood employs them.

This has got to be one of the best companies to work for. You literally get paid to do absolutely nothing. Well that’s not totally true, you get paid to be on your phone, watch movies or whatever else you want to do. Out of 15 (or more) security officers I’ve seen “patrolling” my neighborhood only 2 have actually done their jobs. Most of them just leave the gate up so anyone can come through. Some of the others atleast pretend like they’re doing their jobs so they’ll be sitting down at their little desk with the gate down and open it whenever they see a car. Of course they don’t check

THE WORST i have ever seen!! Not professional and lack discipline and training! Dispatch are very dishonest i called them 3 times for a noise complaint and every time the claim that a security guard was on site and talked to the noise making resident but that wasn’t true as i was standing out and no security guard seen! NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

If i could give them 0 stars I would. I live i Gainesville fl at 1 of the properties they patrol. They let anyone come through the gate. I never see s3 walking the property or very rarely do you see s3 driving around. Cars are being broken in to and other crimes are being committed as well and you never see s3 on the job .DON'T HIRE S3 ITS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. They hire unprofessional...lazy ....barney fife people who have no clue about security.......key word security which they provide 0. They will show up at 9pm for a noise complaint but can't stop the real crime that is going on in this college

A very dishonest company lacking integrity at every level. Website claims are over- exaggerated (vehicles are not wrapped, do not have the tech they claim, owner Montean is not on boards he claims and has history of dishonest dealings). Officers use blue lights on cars (illegal - impersonating LEO) Service model was stolen from Signal 88 Security, Montean was previous franchise owner who blatantly violated franchise agreements and was sued accordingly. The Private Security industry needs to rid itself of snakes in the grass like Montean and S3, Overwatch and whatever they come up with next.

Great company for anyone seeking to get their foot in the door within the security industry. Many of the officers at S3 are prior military and/or law enforcement. If you are seeking to learn patrol and jump feet first into an exciting career in the security industry you should definitely take a look at this security agency. I have been with them a year now and have not looked back a day since. Management is very accommodating as well, but also holds it's officers to a professional standard.

I had the privilege of starting my private sector career at S3 Security. This was a fantastic place to work and learn. They create a vibrant culture and truly care about molding and growing leaders within the security sector.
