***Please read complaints on the Better Business Bureau*** Just got a chance to review this company from my 2018 wedding. The owner, Jeremy, cancelled 2 days prior and provided a replacement DJ that arrived missing equipment and butchered the names of the wedding party. There was also plenty of awkward quietness throughout the night that should never be present during a wedding. We tried to reach out to Jeremy after the wedding and the phone numbers we used for this company and on the company website were disconnected. I would recommend to pay the extra price and seek out other companies.

I signed a contract for $1500 for DJ and photography. The week of my wedding two photographers that Red Letter DJ hired dropped out of the wedding. The day before my wedding I had to hire my own. I did not receive any money back from the $1500 agreement of DJ and photographer. The DJ services were fine but, I lost out on a lot of money and stress of losing photographers the week of my wedding. I would not trust them again or recommend them.

My wife and i hired red letter djs for our wedding and they were great! on top of djing, when jeremy found out that our venue changed the contract and wasn't going to provide uplights without charging for them, he said he'd take care of it and they lit up the entire hall for free! class act, great guy, did my brother's wedding last year too which is why we booked him.

My wife and I got married in Oct. 2018. He hired Jeremy and Red Letter Dj's to DJ our wedding. We also purchased the cinematography package. We spoke with Jeremy about the cinematography package and he explained how they will film the bridal party getting ready, the ceremony, and the reception. Then compile all of the footage to a 5-6-minute montage of the day. This sounded great so we went with it. This was an additional $1,200.00 charge.
The day of the wedding Jeremy was there, videoed and then DJed (he had someone else at the reception to film).

Jeremy was a very nice guy. He seemed to genuinely care about your wedding and he seemed to be very good about his job.
However, I paid extra for the cloud package which was not delivered. He claimed it was due to my wedding venue. Fine...I can get let that drop.
But...I want my wedding video. He can gone silent a few weeks after my wedding (Which was Sept 29). I have had zero communications from him and I have been trying to get a hold of him for the past 3 weeks. No word... nothing. Jeremy and his staff provided excellent service from start to finish and had a very professional website which was easy to use. Emails were always responded to quickly. Jeremy was our DJ on the night and he played everything we requested and was great at filling in gaps from our requests with songs that everyone loved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Red Letter DJs for your wedding. on the day of they arrived on time, everyone was courteous (especially the flipbook attendant which was a HUGE hit) and we opted for the dnacing in the clouds which was amazing as well. Hired for DJ services. Received email 2 days before wedding stating that Jeremy had been in an accident and would not be able to attend. Since then, many ignored communications and no refund. Have filed for fraudulent charges with credit card company and contacted BBB. Do not hire for any wedding services.

DJ Jeremy of Red Letter DJs is hands down the best wedding DJ ever! We were married in August of 2016 and our friends and family still compliment Jeremy! His attention to detail and passion to meet our needs was unparalleled. He told us that the moment we get to our reception, we should not have to worry about any of the logistics. He was right! He took care of absolutely everything and more! We told him the only thing we really cared about was keeping the dance floor packed and that is exactly what he did! Also, DJ Jeremy is a blast! To say that I am dissatisfied is an understatement. If I could give a negative rating, I would. For the last week, I turned the radio off in my car because it reminds me of the songs I had on my playlist that were not played.
My DJ was unprofessional, and inappropriate. He did not play nearly a quarter of the songs I placed on the must play list. We want to thank Red Letter DJs SO MUCH for the incredible DJing at our wedding! We didn’t have time to thank you at the end of the night, but we had a ball and enjoyed every single moment of our day. Jeremy and his team were fantastic - the set up was amazing and the music got everyone up and dancing more than we even hoped. The flipbook was a huge success and we enjoyed looking through the album and will continue to do so as a permanent reminder of the evening. We've lost count of the compliments from our guests - ‘ the event had the wow factor’, ‘it was the best wedding ever’ etc etc

We recently got married and had hired Red Letter DJ for their services. Jeremy was with us every step of the way and even came out to the venue beforehand to ensure the correct acoustic equipment was available as our venue had a unique set up. He was on time and provided set up for both our ceremony at a vineyard and our reception at a winery restaurant. He kept the party going all night long and the photo booth was a huge success. We highly recommend Red Letter DJ! 5 stars!!

My husband and I were referred to Red Letter DJs by a close family friend. She has worked with Sam outside of RLDJs, and knows him very well on a personal level. He is a great guy and did an awesome job DJing/MCing our wedding! He was very professional, detail-oriented, and communicative. He was super funny and did a great job of capturing all of the little details about our night! Definitely ask for Sam when you call/schedule/book. You will love the experience.

We used Red Letter DJ for DJ services only for our wedding reception in May 2016. The DJ (Sam) was very professional, punctual, and responsive on the day of our wedding. However it took a long time for me to get in touch with Jeremy (the owner) ahead of the event. He got back to me after 2 weeks after I emailed and called him numerously, and said he had been out of country. (Everywhere has WiFi and you own a wedding business and it's April, come on...)

Everything about Red Letter DJs was amazing.
They have an online portal that allows you to input all of the details of the wedding - the timeline of the wedding, what songs to be played at the reception and ceremony, introductions for the bridal party, etc... This made planning for the wedding day so much easier!
We danced in the clouds with their cloud machine and we’re sure that all of the pictures are going to be beautiful. We were even able to use the cloud multiple times so that our guests were able to dance in the clouds as well! It was truly awesome.

It is February 22, 2016 and i STILL have yet to receive my wedding video, an apology, or any sort of refund from Jeremy Mancini at Red Letter DJs in regards to the whereabouts of the video i paid him in full for. In fact, after my first review, Jeremy finally replied to my emails only with a threatening warning to remove my review or else he will have his lawyers come after me for libel. Laughable! If you notice, my review is still up and I was never contacted by any lawyer. WHERE IS MY VIDEO??????

I wish I could give less than one star. I am so disappointed in this company. I really wanted to be able to give Ben and Jeremy 5 stars. We used their flipbook booth at our wedding in August of 2015, and it was absolutely great during the reception. The guests as well as my husband and I were thrilled with having them as part of our celebration. After the wedding, we were supposed to receive a DVD of the video footage from the flipbook booth (this was in our contract). I'm writing this review for my mom and my new step dad, thank you for making their wedding day (5/24) so special! I was doing most of the research for vendors for them. Which can be difficult because believe it or not, some vendors don't respond very fast. NOT the case with Red Letter DJs. Jeremy responded right away each and every time I reached out to him! Sam was our DJ/MC and I have only great things to say! He not only was the DJ put assisted in guiding us through the night. Very friendly, organized and got the party started! They are so amazing!!! What can I say about Jeremy other than he is AWESOME! Jeremy DJ my wedding and aside from being a great DJ he was a terrific entertainer. We had no set agenda or idea of how events in the wedding were going to take place but Jeremy took care of it all. He was great at letting guest know what was going on and what was coming up next. Not once did I (the bride!!) feel stress or worried. The music was great and everyone loved Jeremy.
