We are a comfort shoe store with twenty plus years, of sit-down and try them on experience, which decided to sell shoes online. We sell the shoe brands that we know best. We like their styles, their fit and their quality.

I took back a pair of shoes that had rotted on the bottom and was told that I couldn't return them because they had dry rotted which was caused from not wearing them according to the owner of the store. The appearance was clear they had not been worn very much because I had kept them during Covid and not worn them because I wasn't going anywhere to wear them. They were Naot shoes and I have several Naot shoes that did not do that purchased at the same store.

I came here on a whim to look for some shoes to wear to work on my birthday! I have HUGE size 12 feet so finding shoes is always a difficult task but NOT TODAY! The woman working here was so delightful, helpful and caring! Even though I couldn’t find any shoe that fit I definitely walked out feeling positive! Thank you so much for making me feel like Cinderella instead of an ogre with BIG FEET.

So I just had this amazing experience with Charles at Shooz! I honestly think that I am the most unfortunate person in the world when it comes to shoe shopping. But, I walked into this little store in Winter Park Florida and was unprepared for the magnitude of their selection. Not only did they have my size, but the customer service was a 10 plus . I tried on over 20 pairs of sandals and the prices were not unreasonable for the size shoe that I was looking for. Although I could not afford the pair I really wanted, I was satisfied that I had received the best this little shop had to offer. If only

Five stars for a great experience shopping for shoes for work that could accommodate my foot shape well. There were lots of options here, the staff was friendly and really helpful, and while up there in price, the shoes seemed worth it. I ended up with a pair with very well hidden medical grade orthotics inside which have made a huge difference in for me.
Some great, modern stylish options mixed in with more classic options so I can see this store appealing to woman of many ages.
I'd return here again for sure.

I went to shooz July 12 and bought a beautiful pair of heals, the first I have been able to wear since my two spinal fusions due to a car rear ending me at a red light. I am 46. I could walk in heals, a floor length gown, and for almost 4 hours, I was almost normal again...

I was recommended by my podiatrist to visit Shoooz to find some wider shoes that wouldn't hurt my feet. The shop is light and airy, and has a host of shoe brands that you won't find at a traditional shoe store. Most are from Europe, which is reflected in their quality, and in their price. I bought one of the least expensive pairs of shoes they had to offer, and it was still $120.

Good experience buying my shoes. But my $150 Taos sandals broke after 6 months. When I called to find out what to do I was told to take it to to a shoe repairman. I called Taos instead. They have a one year warranty and they replaced them for FREE!. Shooz had no idea that their well sold product had a warranty? If I wasn't diligent in calling Taos myself I would have never know. And yes, the sales person has been there for years. Very frustrating!

I needed an insert for a pair of pumps I am wearing to a formal event tonight. Linda at Shooz was so incredibly helpful and kind! She went above and beyond to help me out and make sure my shoes wouldn't fall off my feat tonight. This is what customer service is all about! My boyfriend was pumped about finding a location who sold Birkenstock for work. When he called, he was told they had them in his size. Unfortunately, when he drove an hour to the store... he had to order the shoes because they DID NOT have his size. We have never received such bad customer service. The location did not include the discount that was spieled while he was looking at the shoes and influenced him wanting to purchase them. Support your local business!! Had a great experience buying shoes here recently. Linda knew what she was talking about and gave me a lot of attention but not in my way and stayed out of my way while I was walking around and trying on the shoes. I like to walk for a long time in the store before deciding, and it was obvious that she and the other staff had lots of patience. They carry good quality shoes here. Would give it five stars except that the men's selection is very small. This place seems aimed at women and only has a very small area of men's shoes.

I was recently diagnosed with a foot condition and typical department store comfort shoes don't do the trick. After searching for a few brands that a local store might carry, I came across Shooz. The following day, I stopped by. The salesmen were familiar with my issue and pointed me in the right right direction and gave me several price points for different styles I liked. I didn't want to run all over town to find Dansko shoes so I popped in Shoooz to have a look around. Surprise! Huge selection! I'm battling a bout of plantar fasciitis and Dansko fits the bill. I also saw that they have Orthaheel brand here too and that is another brand highly recommended.

Shooz is a winner in my book, but as others have pointed out, you need to understand who the primary audience is for their product lines: people who want comfort. However, they have some lines that are hipper than others (Fly London, for example) and some that are hip enough and definitely for a younger set (Jambu, Teva, for example). You can also find your older-set orthopedics, and a lot in between (Berkenstock, Naot). Their shoes are good quality, they give you good service, and they stand behind your products. Shoooz is located on the north end of Park ave and offers higher end, hard to find shoes for men and women. I happily purchased my OluKai flip flops from here and was sad to see that they now only carry the mens line in the store. When I inquired where the womens OluKais were, it was offered to happily order them in- but I like to try before I buy. Apparently, the Well Heeled line took the place of OluKai, due to their extreme comfort and durability. The line looked similar to some of my Keens and Merrels, which I'm stocked and fine with for the moment. Maybe in the future.

It's not too often these days that you find a shoe store that only sells shoes. More than likely you head to a department store or a sporting good's outlet to buy footwear. So to see Shooz in Winter Park, I must say I was pleased. It reminded me of a time when people had to shop at individual boutiques and stores for their goods.
