We Have been servicing the East Tennessee area for the last 30 years. We provide a wide range of service, from Spa Maintenance Programs to individual hot tub repairs. Parts and Cover sales or any other products you may need for your hot tub. Our Service Call Rate is $85.00 with you paying No Labor for the first hour, all you pay for is the parts used on the job.

Robert was out to look at our hot tub and determined it needed an entirely new system. This was paid for that day to the time of over 1300.00. The spa has not been fixed. Same issues. Unfortunately, the head of our household who had dealt with Robert passed away. I contacted Robert to explain the situation with our loved ones passing and ask him to please come out to see what could be done since we had just paid for a brand new system to be installed by him, (which is what he said it needed.) He told me he would be out that Monday, which would have been February 10th. Robert has dodged my calls
