Although it is rare that any items are lost or damaged during transit, it is best to be prepared for every possible scenario. For this reason, we're now requiring insurance for every shipment.

Very displeased about my 2 barrels that I cleared today! All my shampoo n conditioner gone! Chasweh, chocolate n sweets of all kind gone! Mouthwash,bodywash, peanut,lotions gone! Baby wipes ,hand sanitizer all gone! Many more things are missing that I can't remember from the top of my head. So upset with these ppl! I even found a empty chocolate wrapper in the barrel but yet no chocolate was in it. I have video and pics from the wharf showing the depth n space left behind after there stole what they wanted and take into consideration that someone had to sit on the barrels inorder to get it closed

My late mother use to use this company and always spoke with the 2 brothers. Mr. Roy and Mr. Mike and it was when I had to ship somethings back home I got to meet them and it was a pleasure. They are AWESOME and the staff is very professional and helpful. They have never disappoint me. Last week I was sending some things for a Church and they made sure my packages made the shipment. My family shipped to Jamaica, and this company was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped us to pick the right parcel which saved us money. This is a family business and it is evident that their priority is customer service. They offered us water, and when they noticed our box was not full, they told us about local stores we could get more items.

I scheduled pick up for Friday, the driver no called no show. They rescheduled for Sunday and the same thing. I was home all day , the manager said they called and knocked on my door. Lie after lie. I have no missed calls and never left my home. Very unprofessional, rude and unreliable. I would not recommend this service AT ALL. Please ship your items with a company that is reliable and honest.

Caribbean Cargo DC has been a pleasure to work with. From the ladies in the office to the supervisors to the men on the floor- the team is awesome! I’ve shipped twice before some years back and had a great experience. However have shipped 4 times in the last four months to Saint Vincent after the devastating eruption of the La Soufreire volcano.
