Our core purpose is to help small businesses keep more of what they earn and manage the tax and accounting side of their business. We do that with our Premium Small Business Package. For one monthly fee we do your business bookkeeping, payroll for the owner and employees, tax planning 6 to 8 times a year, the business annual income tax return and the business owner's individual income tax return.

Joseph Lutz established his practice 35 years ago, specializing in tax preparation and planning for the individual, corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts. In addition, he testifies as an expert witness, performs audits, provides accounting and reporting for conservatorships and estates. He served in the United States Air Force, and later graduated from the University of Denver with a BSBA in accounting.
When will you receive your refund? The answer depends on how you filed your return. The IRS should issue your refund check within six to eight weeks of filing a paper return. If you chose to receive your refund through direct deposit, you should receive it within a week. If you use e-file, your refund should be issued between two and three weeks.

At the beginning of our services with Lutz, we seemed to be receiving the desired results. As time went on, the communication/service was significantly lacking which forced us to switch services in 2021. Upon switching Accountants and a review of our records, it was determined that our accounts hadn't been reconciled for at least a year and a half. Our contract consisted of a monthly reconciliation of all accounts and payroll which we paid monthly for these services.

In the past 20 years I've hired various CPAs... I thought I was outgrowing them, the last one I knew wasn't serving me well. And then I found Natalie. WOW. I get excited when she calls & always hang up smiling. I wonder how much more prosperous things could have been if I had found them sooner. They are a smidge more expensive than previous hires, but by the time all is said and done, they are making me money where they others were expenses. Defiantly an investment worth making!
