The customer service is very unprofessional and the office staff is extremely rude. While their pricing is good for table/chair rental, the service was so bad that I wont ever rent from them again, nor will I recommend to anyone else. And I'm not normally one to leave a bad review, but when I gave my name to whom I believe is the owner, he spelt it out "S as in sociopath- you must get that a lot" so totally rude. And when I called to confirm a delivery time/pickup time they said that they dont schedule any of their deliveries- how can anyone plan around receiving their products? Every encounter

Not going back here again. I reserved a cargo van a month in advance and when I showed up all they had was a big truck. But worst of all, at the height of a pandemic, the guy behind the counter REFUSED TO WEAR A MASK. I will never support a business that’s part of the problem. Went to UHaul instead. Much better service!

The worst customer service I've dealt with. When I got there there was nobody at the front desk, even after ringing the bell 5 times and waiting for 15 minutes. I ended up having to get out back to find someone who worked there. They also had mixed up my rental time saying I was supposed to have picked up the item at 8am...when I was at work. I had scheduled the rental to be picked up at 4pm. Then I found out that they closed at 530pm and they needed the rented item back by 8am the next day, again while I'm at work. I ended up bringing back the item I had rented without using it because I wouldn
