I found no issues and had a nice experience at my recent manicure appointment. Booking an appointment is extremely easy by using their simple online scheduler. I was welcomed by a male staff member, and was assigned a seat promptly. My nail technician, Rose, worked hard and was kind. My nails lasted as long as I expected; almost 2 weeks. Prices are reasonable and the checkout process was easy. I'll go back again if I need a quick mani and I'm in the area!

We had such a great experience there! Not only were they able to take all three of us at the same time but they did it last minute and did a great job! So thankful that they were even willing to take us so close to closing, literally at closing and were wonderful. Will definitely go back again!

I made an appointment with Trish on 09DEC2021 at 1000 to get my eyebrows waxed. I arrive on time (like you should but she also has a cancellation fee). I show up and she's not there. I'm told to come back in an hour. The soonest I can make it back was noon and I arrived to be told she won't be arriving until 1pm. Incredibly unprofessional. I have came once before and my nails were okay, but I did like how Trish did my eyebrows. I'm not showing up 3 times in one day. The place is neat, Went for dipping on 1 day and the next day had appointment for pedicure with a friend for her dipping.
My dipping was ok, but didn't cleaned up properly my previously color.. even I showed the guy, he was like ok.. but didn't cleaned it up. I'm writing this review after 4 days I still have my previous polish underneath my nails.
On 2 day, we made appointment at 4:30pm, we were their by 4:25, I got my pedicure on time but for my friend she has to wait for an hour., and we selected a nail art which was in their collection., before our service got began we asked

I set up an appointment to get my eyes brows done on a Thursday when I got there they had me wait 10 minutes and then tell me she's too busy, she can't do it and I could come back early tomorrow . Okay what a lack of professionalism.

My French tip nails were thick and awful for my wedding and they didn’t last long. I couldn’t leave a tip at the end for my pedicurist with my credit card which sucks.
I won’t be getting my nails done there again unfortunately.
Update: I received a text from my post on Google. They offered to redo my nails or provide me with a refund. However only after addressing that they won’t refund me the money because they don’t do that and would only do so if I removed my review. Even though they offered me a refund in the first text message they sent me.

Trish did a Fabulous job giving me a set of full eyebrows that I haven't had in years! I save so much time in the morning by not having to pencil in my brows! If your lacking brows & are on the fence about having them professionally done, I highly recommend her.

I went to Trish’s salon to get my nails done for graduation and while the nails were very pretty, it wasn’t a great experience. I really hate acrylic nails because they feel like they’re suffocating my natural nails, but I ended up with them because I scheduled an appointment for a gel full set thinking it would be gelly tips. We booked an appointment for manicures and pedicures for 6 for a bridal party weeks in advance and received multiple text and email confirmations from them. When we arrived for the appointment they seemed surprised. Five other people with appointments for the same time also walked in. There were 4 people working for 11 appointments. Needless to say service was horrible in ALL ways. Very disappointed in what should have been a good experience for the bride. While here heard other bad stories from a couple of the other appointments. Will not come here again.

I am extreme dissatisfied with my visit. I came in today with my close friend, her mom, and I. My friend and her mom both received dip, and I got an acrylic fill. My friend's mom got hers finished first and decided to pay for my friend's nails before they were done and left. I saw a girl with these gorgeous nails, and she said she got them done at Trish’s. I went yesterday and was not disappointed! Trish was so skilled, not only did she perfectly shape my nails and made them symmetrical, but was so quick! She was also very sweet. I would definitely recommend going here!!!

My daughter's and I have been clients at Trish's for quite some time and we are beyond pleased with their services. Always a perfect mani or pedi. Trish and her staff are friendly, knowlegeable, accommodating, professional and the place is clean. Everyone who works here does quality work, so your nails won't be popping off after 3 days! Usually this nail place is my "go-to" when I am up at school. Well I went today and I got a young boy for my nail tech. I assume he was new beacuse I didn't recognize him and he also didn't know what he was doing and all I asked for was to get a couple tips put on my broken nails and a regular mani. As if I was a burden to get my nails done at 3PM on a Monday when they weren't busy. It's unclear what their specialty dip colors are so as soon as you grab a specialty one they tell you it's $10 more. I had a mani dip completed today. I tried Trish's three times, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and all three times I was disappointed for a multitude of reasons.

I've been coming here for 5 years, since they were in Walmart. I've never had a problem with the nails, always gotten what I've asked for. They may not be able to take you right away and you may have to wait, but other than waiting there are no issues. I dont mind waiting here either. The place is new and clean and all the employees are very nice. I've been getting my lashes done here for a few mo this also, I love them!! They look a lot more natural than my last lash lady and I actually have better retention than my last place!! I always reccomend trishs to anyone who wants

I saw on a review that someone got a nail infection from Trish's salon so I was very skeptical. I tried coming here anyway and they kept making me bleed and drilling my fingers too much. My nails lifted within 2 days, I have two infection fingers that are swollen and bloody. My nails are also destroyed and way over drilled. I have never posted a bad review and I'm not one to complain but this is ridiculous. I continuously said your hurting me and they would pull my hand and say stop moving.. NEVER go here

This place is the rudest place with terrible service. They have one price on the wall and charge you something completely different at checkout. If they want to get to another customer, they don't even finish a pedicure. No foot massage or lotion, they just walk away.
They don't speak any English and that's how they rip you off at the register. If you tell them the prices on their wall is not what they charged, they tell you their prices went up. After a recommendation from a friend, I made an appointment to get my nails done. When I made the appointment, before hanging up, I confirmed the time as 9:30. I came to this salon after another salon ruined my acrylic nails - length, shape, thickness were a hot mess...
I was so nervous trying a new salon but my nail technician, Hannah, was amazing! She could tell I was nervous about my nails being messed up again, and she reassured me that she was a perfectionist and would make everything better - and she totally did! I'm so happy to have found a new place and technician I can trust and will be going here regularly from now on.
Only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars was because I had to wait 45 minutes after calling ahead, but it was somewhat expected

I enjoyed this salon, had a bad experience today and reviewed it on the facebook page, only to get a response from the business saying "I hope you never come back, a customer like you" extremely unprofessional and no way to run a business. Please please please do not give this place your time and money.
