Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful. Walked in with 5 fire extinguishers, and they were able to tell us what they needed and took care of it while we waited a few minutes since they just needed a quick inspection, and let us know when they would need a full service and how to store/check them at home in the mean time.

This company is the original fire protection company in Columbia SC and THEY ARE ON ROSEWOOD DR!! I got confused when trying to reach them because so many other ones have similar names! I called for help with my inspection and the guy who did it cost me 500.00. It turned out he wasn't even who I was trying to call. I will never make that mistake again. Don't be fooled, ask where they are located and be sure it's Carolina Fire on ROSEWOOD.
