**1 year update** They stand by their work and care for their customers. They've gone above and beyond to make sure the work is done right. One year+ of service, and I can't imagine going anywhere else.
Marc took care of my Toyota Sienna after the maintenance light came on. Did a full oil change for a very good price, checked my brakes and belts too. I waited in their lounge and they were done just under the time they estimated. Really happy with the service and appreciate the way they do business. Will return!

So far I’ve had great communication with a gentleman about my infinite QX 56. After all the plugs were changed the “check engine light” came back on and I’m getting a PO 305 code. Back to the shop it goes. I’m certain all will go fine. It’s how it goes I guess. They also fixed my headlight so I’m back on the road with two beams! Yay!
I sincerely feel, as a female, Marc (the man behind the desk who took my phone calls) didn’t make me feel at all like I was lacking the ability to understand necessary information. He was professional and forthright. Thank you to both him and the people

If I could give Superwrench NEGATIVE stars, I would. I took my car in for a strange vibration, was informed I needed an engine replacement, paid a STUPID amount of money for it, was out of a car for 5+ weeks, and then had the vehicle back for two short weeks before it DIED on the highway. I was informed THIS TIME that I needed yet another engine… and a radiator, this time I waited an entire month for them to inform me that, oh yeah, the REAL real problem is that my ENGINE fan failed and that's going to be another $800 and a few more days.

This is an excellent place! Kevin worked hard to take care of my problems and was completely honest.
He runs an amazing mechanic shop and he was able to quickly correct problems caused by another bad mechanic shop that lied to me about my car problems. Kevin was able to spot the problem and fix it in the same day!
Kevin fixed those problems and knows how to systemically look at a car, not just take care of the symptoms!

Kevin took great care of us, despite our having to leave the car with him in Tulsa (we live in OKC). He kept in touch each step of the way, and his guys put the finishing touches on first thing in the morning so we could pick it up before noon and get back home to work that afternoon.
