Services
Nurses With Heart is a Home Care Agency licensed by the New Mexico Department of Health, and we emphasize this because not all home health agencies are. Licensing is a long, painstaking process, but it's one we undertook because of our commitment to quality and safety. What does it mean to you?
Among other things, it means that we must adhere to higher standards, undergo frequent audits, and run nationwide background and criminal record checks on all our staff. But that's just the beginning. For more on what state licensing involves and guarantees, see our in-depth FAQ. Because we are state-licensed, our hiring, training and safety practices are inherently more stringent.

Every person has a specific set of requirements that must be met to allow them to stay in their own home. This is why Nurses With Heart creates a "Complete Care Chart" unique to each individual's needs. During our initial consultation, a Registered Nurse meets with the client, their families, and anyone else important to that person.
The Family Room is an easy way to monitor the care being provided in the home from afar, via a simple Internet portal. Please watch this video below for more information on how Nurses With Heart Home Care has integrated ClearCare into our best-practice methodology to better provide care to your loved ones.
When matchmaking is done right, it enriches the lives of both the client and caregiver. A simpatico connection with another person, after all, is one of life's pure joys. Further, we want both our clients and our staff to feel cared for, which is why we are just as dedicated to our staff's professional growth as we are about our clients' total health.
Prior to co-founding Nurses With Heart, CEO Carolyn Moore served as Director of Programs for the Alzheimer's Association in El Paso, Texas. In this role, she oversaw educational and information programs for sixty-five percent of Texas and became well-versed in the complexities of caring for seniors with dementia.

Nurses with Heart provided awesome care, excellent advice, and were great communicators as they dealt with our very challenging situation: our mother with dementia and barely ambulatory, and some of the family making it very difficult for MWH's caregivers to do their job. They were always quick to respond to changing circumstances. The caregivers were professional, kind, patient, gentle and tolerant. I only have praise for them, and especially for Elais, the director of nursing. Thank you and your team for supporting our family in a time of great need and confusion!

Carolyn Moore and her staff are simply very smart at what they do for our seniors. They are the most caring & kind folks I know. They have provided services to many of our local seniors in their homes and in local senior care living facilities. Carolyn is also an active member of the SF Rotary Club and on several non-profit boards. I highly recommend Nurses With Heart Home Care!

I was a trustee for a friend that was in her 90’s. She needed 24/7 care, and I hired Nurses With Heart to do just that. To say they were fantastic is putting it lightly. For two years plus they were there to care for her until the very end, and I do mean the end of her life. I got the call at 3am that she had passed, and the owner of Nurses with Heart, Carolyn Moore met me there after letting her caregiver leave. Not only did Carolyn the owner stay with me, she called the funeral home, and believe it or not, even helped me, and the funeral assistants carry my friend down to the stretcher, as

We contracted with Nurses with Heart for six months, essentially until our father moved into a more structured living environment. We found them to be both professional and caring. We received regular updates on Dad’s situation. And, they were able to anticipate a number of our questions prior to us having to ask. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Nurses with Heart again.
