We're proud to announce we are now using the most revolutionary development in dry cleaning solutions over the last 50 years! This solution called SolvonK4 produced by Kreussler textile care is partially derived from corn and has all the fantastic cleaning properties found in older solvents. All the corn processed at their plant comes from over 150 family-owned farms in Minnesota!
Any women who has ever walked into a dry cleaner with blouses and saw an advertised shirt special for $1.93 and reads over $7.00 each on her receipt, has with no doubt thought, "I'm getting ripped off." Even though all women's and men's pricing at our Cleaners are the exact same with the exception of a blouse or hand finished shirt, it's time to put this long standing question to rest- "Why do women pay more than men?"
We recently moved to Milwaukee and were searching for a dry cleaner to help save our black out lined drapery. Our condo had the original drapery from 2005 and I don't think they were professionally cleaned. I searched online and found Wolf's Cleaners. Wolf's employees were wonderful, their driver came to pick them up from our unit and delivered them back to me for free!

If I could give negative stars I would! I've had many things ruined by this company, from a comforter being shrunk(yes! You read that right, they shrunk a queen sized comforter) to hooks missing on blouses to actual items just turn up missing! All this is nothing new either, it happens more often than you think. Be careful who you are sending your clothes to!

I just got into town from Chicago with a dry cleaning emergency for a wedding tomorrow. I called them to see if there was any way to pick up by tomorrow at noon if I got there before they closed at three today (I rarely get dry cleaning so I don't know if that's even a slightly possible request). The lady I spoke with said if I could get there before 3 they could at least press everything for me on the spot, and luckily it wasn't really dirty so I was so thankful they were willing and able to get them to a wearable state for me right at closing time. They lost my clothes.
They did not replace my clothes.
They broke communication multiple times.
First, I received the news when the owner/delivery person came to my door to tell me that my order was nowhere to be found. He apologized and said he felt like a F***ing R**ard which was extremely offensive and unprofessional.
After agreeing to credit me for 17 pounds of laundry, they magically found the order in "Los Angeles" the next morning.
Two days later, I received a call claiming they were not in LA, but actually in "Chicago" and the girl who accidentally got my order

On about 10 occasions I've brought shirts to Wolf's with very specific instructions, yet they never follow the instructions. I feel bad for the counter staff, because I know they aren't at fault, but it's almost comical at times.
At this point, the only reason I go back is because it's close to home. I've come to expect them to not follow my requests.

I get a lot of my dresses and suits dry cleaned and after very bad experiences I am very picky on where I send my clothes. I have been using Wolf on and off for about 1.5 years and everything has been cleaned really well. If you bring your clothes before 7:30am they can have your items done later that day at no extra cost (just make sure you mention same day service).
Their prices are reasonable and they have different discounts daily on certain clothing items. (i.e. dress shirts, pants, suits, etc.). You can also go to their website and sign up for their coupons. Overall, I would recommend this

Got payment hassles included with dry cleaning service. I filled out their credit card payment form including CC#, exp date, and security code and gave it to them with my clothes.
They have no clue where they lost my credit card info or who has it! I'll find another cleaner that won't set me up for credit card theft.

This is dry cleaner. The lady was very kind and told me where to find coupons. After moving up from Chicago where I could get suits done for $5 and shirts for $1.25 I have to say I was not too happy to have so few options in Milwaukee, but hey, this place has prices that fit the norm so I will go here. The lady at the counter is very funny, a bit grumpy, and yet does her best to make sure you are aware of the places where you can find the coupons to save $$. Way to go.

I dropped off a suit which needed very minor repair (less than 1cm of restitching on a seam letting loose). Other dry cleaners I've used over the years would just do it in the day or two they had my items.
This place wanted almost two weeks to fix it. Apparently they have a person that stops by once a week--mid week. Seriously, drop off on Sat and pick up in two Thursdays for minor stitching and a clean?

Believe it or not, no computers. Every time I drop off dry cleaning, they have to fill out paperwork with my name, address, phone number, etc. And they have a knack for giving other people my clothes, and vice versa. Really nice people, and I have no complaints with the quality of their dry cleaning, but their decision not to modernize translates to a service issue. Also, unless you have coupons (which are primarily available from hard to find neighborhood publications) they are not very economical.
Update: they have lost two of my shirts in the last several months and refuse to do anything about
