After growing up in Washington D.C., Erica moved to Fayetteville and has actively worked as the scheduling coordinator for A Smile Spa since 2008. She provides excellent customer service to each patient as she checks them in and out of the treatments, schedules, answers phones, arranges payments, works in billing, and helps the office run smoothly and efficiently.
The goal of our practice is to assist you in achieving the very best dental health possible - and a beautiful, attractive smile. To better serve you, we use the latest in dental technology, including digital radiographs and intraoral cameras. Fearful of visiting the dentist? We offer nitrous oxide and conscious sedation to help you remain relaxed and comfortable during your treatments.
We know many patients are concerned about the amount of radiation they receive from conventional x-rays. That's why we use digital radiographs, which expose you to 90% less radiation than ordinary dental x-rays. Digital radiographs are stored on our office computer, so they can be easily and immediately retrieved if we need to refer to them; plus, digital x-rays don't require the developing chemicals that can be harmful to the environment.
Invisalign is the invisible way to straighten your teeth without the use of conventional metal braces. The Invisalign system uses a series of clear, removable, custom-made aligners to move your teeth. Dr. Baker always does a great job with my dental work. She knows I'm super duper scared of needles, and she makes sure I'm comfortable and can get thru my dental work. Her office is so cozy and her staff is so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this office to any and everyone! Y'all check my awesome dentist and her team out! They will definitely get your mouth right!

I truly enjoy my first visit to smile spa. All the lady seem very professional. I got a very warm feeling about the place as soon as I walk in, I'm not a person that enjoy the dentist but l felt so comfortable and relax and my hygienist was such a pleasure I truly enjoyed her. I know I'm going to enjoy this journey with smile spa, I look forward to going back!

Called in the morning when the office first opened up. Granddaughter was complaining about her teeth hurting. I was able to come into the office within an hour of my call. There were 2 people ahead of me when I arrived. About 5-7 minutes later we were called. I informed them of what the problem was, an X-ray was taken and Dr. Baker examined my granddaughter and gave her assessment. I was finished in less than an hour. Everyone there is very courteous and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

We have been coming to the smile spa for many years. The entire staff is extremely friendly and knows what they are doing. We live in Zebulon, so you know this have to be an awesome dentist, to make us travel that far. We are very please with the service we received today.
