Kopi from Pence came to pump out our septic tank. This was a first for us and I had several questions about the process. Kopi took his time and answered all my questions and explained every step of the process. I will definitely use Pence again.

We have had a house listed for 3 months. It has been sold twice. But the papers confirming that Pence septic systems will be doing the work with a start date in writing is not forthcoming for the 3rd family of buyers. Went in today and all they said was they didn't call us to come get it. Willing to change rating when the stop dragging their feet. All we Asking for is a start date on their company letterhead. You wouldn't think that would be such a difficult thing to get. Got start date. Went in to city permitting office and heard a contractor complaining that the septic company was using procrastinated

Pence had been my go-to septic company until now. They came out yesterday to clean out the black water tank. Everything seemed to go well until I turned on the sprinklers later. A geyser erupted close to where the tank is located. The worker had broken a sprinkler pipe. I called Pence and was told it was too bad, they were not responsible, and would not repair what they had broken. I have had the tank cleaned out 3 other times without incident. Now I have to pay to repair damage Pence caused . Pence will no longer be the company I recommend!

Built a new home and pence did the drain field. Drain field failed after one year. I called, seeing that they should stand by their work, and they came out and told me we poured too much grease down and we ruined it. I never once poured grease down, so I knew that was incorrect. We asked the guy how much grease it would take to ruin this and the guy told us 100 gallons!! They were supposed to come back with the builder and dig it up, since we were confident it wasn't grease, instead they brought the county health inspector, showed him some residue and told him it was grease. We have since had 2

Had another company empty my tank, one month later i had the same problem. Original company wanted me to have a new drain field installed!!! For $8,000 !!!Called Pence, guess what! I actually have a filter that the others hadn't even touched! As soon as they cleaned it, water ran out into my by now completely dry drain field (water wasn't even getting to the drain field!!!) Thank you Pence, Jerry and Paul!

I recently had you out to empty my septic tank, which I assumed included cleaning the filter. When the tech was finished, he told me there was a pair of little girl panties in the tank. I assumed he removed them. Fast forward to last week, my septic line clogged, thinking it was the toilet I called a plumber, who removed the clog, and guess what it was? A pair of little girls panties. In addition he said the filter needed to be cleaned. So the cost of the plumber added to hiring a different septic company is going to end up costing me $500! BAD service!
