My husband called and left a message, no return call...he called again and left a second message, they finally got back to him. We asked for an estimate for a re-surfacing of a pool deck and the lady set us up for two weeks out at 9:30-10:00..we both took off from work for the morning and at 9:25 called the co just to make sure they were on their way, the woman who answered the phone assured us that the sales woman was on her way. By 10;20 we were still waiting so we called the co yet again and asked if she was the owner and she clarified that she was. We asked her again where was the saleswoman

We hired Pro Tile to resurface our pool deck and front entry way, which were old and in need of renovation. We are so pleased with the final results. The entire staff were extremely professional and reliable, and delivered a product which I highly recommend to everyone. Pro Tile is a family owned business, and my wife and I can't say enough nice things about Jennifer, her brother Jared, and the workers who showed up each day until the project was completed to our satisfaction. They are booked several months in advance for a reason, and are worth the wait.

Pro Tile has totally transformed my pool deck into a work of art. The staff and the technicians were beyond compare. The project was done in a very timely manner and the technicians, Eugene and Lawrence, went above and beyond what I expected. They were courteous, polite, unobtrusive, professional and very artistic. Everything was left very clean. It is amazing what a work of art was created. .I am definitely planning to hire Pro Tile again for another project.
