Ben was AWESOME! I needed a ride from Boone to the airport and Uber made it look like they would give someone, but after a few failed attempts I called PCC and they hooked me up. Within a couple of minutes Ben called to confirm details and in the time it took him to drive to the middle of Egypt, he was there.

These people are scam artists. My friends had to call me a cab because I had a little too much to drink, apparently they had to bribe the cab driver to take me a few blocks away because he didn’t want to deal with a drunk. Pretty understandable I suppose, but still. They gave him $40 to take me home, I didn’t know this at the time. Well, he takes me to my place and I give him a tip and he says that I still owe $13 and some change or whatever. I thought I was in an Uber honestly, so I thought it was already paid for. Not wanting to be a pain, I paid the man. So he got payment from me, a tip

Very unprofessional. The “manager” was beyond rude. And even dared to ask “ are you actually going to get in the car this time” when I was closing my tab and couldn’t get there fast. The fact the “manager” was so rude it’s a cab company and everything was recorded her being rude.

I scheduled a pick up for 4:15 AM online on their website. I wasn't sure the reservation was confirmed so called the office to make sure. I spoke with a lady giving the information emphasizing that it was an AM pickup. A few minutes later about 4:10 PM, a cab arrived. The driver called me regarding the address. I pointed out that it was an AM reservation. I called the company talking to the same lady. She acknowledged there had been a mistake and mentioned that she'd "be in trouble". She assured me the taxi would be there at 4:15 AM the next morning. A few minutes later

Called from Denver to arrange a cab when I landed in Pueblo. Landed, the lady with the cab company called me to ask if I was willing to share a cab. Said yes. Hour and a half later, airport facilities calls to ask when my fellow rider and I will be pick up. This is when she tells us it will be ANOTHER hour.
Hey Mike (or was it Mark?). Get the van out the garage and shuttle people from the airport to the hotel. For real.

Great vehicles. Accommodating to what vehicle is needed for the patient/or client...ie, Van, SUV, Car.
Can understand how hard it is scheduling rides as they drive and pick up clients/patients all over Colorado...from Trinidad, Lamar, Canyon City, North Denver, Alamosa....ect.- for doctors appointments Monday-Friday as well (pick up and take home). When your late to appointments its frustrating, thats understandable, but it is always worth communicating the issues so they can get resolved. The driving staff/office staff are on top of things now and are ready to take you where you need to go.

I had to make a late night call to the taxi company [The only Taxi Company in the area]
When I first got in the cab the meter was at $3.55 before we even left. We hit construction which would have made us go roughly 20 miles out of the way to my destination. Instead I got out of the cab and walked the remainder of the way.
Overall, the experience was well but expensive.

I used this City Cab Co once, and the experience was not great.
I scheduled the cab the night before, and the cab was there on time (it was early morning, so thats a plus for them). The cab driver was nice, but it seemed like the first cab ride she'd ever given. I'm pretty sure we got lost on the way to the local airport, and she asked me if we were going the right direction (I didn't know, I wasn't from there, and don't know the roads, just trying to get to the airport). We did finally make it to the Airport, but it took longer than it should have.
