Pain often enacts change and growth. A series of unfortunate events with a previous firm brought us to RKL a few years ago, and we could not be more relieved. We instantly felt the safety net of professional expertise in every area of our business. RKL CPA services really went down the drain for the last couple of years. Jim needs to either retire or let someone else take care of his position. When he obviously knows something, he would reply like he doesn't. It's almost like he is acting like a 16 year working at Mc Donalds, filling up time for a PayCheck and doing everything he can not get involved in any project. I can't believe his title is a partner since he really doesn't act like he is doing anything to improve company revenues. Multiple mistakes from different associates; they can't even hold on to their commitment to calling the
