Since 1957, our commitment to superior service has offered customers peace of mind on collection day. Whatever level of trash service you require, our service representatives will help implement the most cost effective waste collection and/or recycling program to meet the specific needs of your company.
Place cart no less than two (2) feet from the curb. Place recycling cart at least 4 feet away from the trash cart. Be sure all carts are at least 4 feet away from mailboxes, basketball hoops, telephone poles, fire hydrants, and parked cars. We suggest placing the trash cart on one side of your driveway and the recycling cart on the opposite side.
You may order a toter over the phone in 32, 64, and 95 gallon sizes. Please call our office at (315) 866-8820 and ask for someone in our residential department. You may order a roll-off container over the phone in 12, 20, & 30 yard sizes. Other sizes may be available on request. I have called them numerous times to try to get another recycle bin to get rid of my Christmas cardboard because they wont take it if I put it in a box next to my bin on garbage day. I keep getting the run around. After not getting it the first time I called and was told I was on the list and with COVID they are a little behind. Thw next time I was told very rudely that I called the wrong number after explaining to the woman everything she check to then tells me that I would be getting it the next day. The next week after not receiving it I call again and was told that I had to call another number

This garbage company hit a tree in front of my house back in October 2020, the tree landed on mine and my tenants vehicles. Their garbage truck had no insurance on it since March of 2020, the company has not got back to us with any resolution and is dodging us. I'm up visiting my parents, age 91&90. There residents is located on a corner in Dolgeville, to my amazement, since I didn't properly place disposable close enough to road, the driver was either following company protocol not to get out of vehicle or to lazy . Either way, money not well spent.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The garbage collection in the village, specifically the Northeast section, continues to get worse. In the fall and winter I battled with Spohns about their waste collectors on Lake St leaving residents garbage cans either in the middle of the road or in the middle of driveways after collection. I've battled with them in the past about them simply bypassing my home when my tan subscription tote was placed at the road for collection. I've battled with them in regards to them not following the village contract and picking up the one bulk item per week due to numerous factors, primarily
