After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law, David worked with the Court of Special Appeals and served as a law clerk at the Circuit Court for Cecil County for the Honorable V. Michael Whelan. Once completing his clerkship, David became an associate attorney for a local firm.
