First time renting two sets of Jet Ski. The person who gave the contact was nice but I the owner of the business was totally so unprofessional with his staff. Needs to improve his ethics. Jet ski were not ready one of them did not work. We had been waiting already and hour when they notified us one of the jet ski wasn't. Tony at Best Value Rental was great! We rented a waverunner for our Bass lake trip and kept it for five days. The rates are reasonable and the option to have them pick up at the lake was appreciated. Everyone we dealt with was kind, professional, and courteous. The waverunner was in great condition. We will rent from this company again and maybe next time we will try a boat! Thanks BVR for making this trip extra special. It was a better value to rent off site rather than rent direct from the lake. If you have towing capabilities, this is the way to go!

Had a blast on the boat everything worked perfect. Kids had so much fun with the tube. Pick up and drop off/ communication was great. Do's and don't on boat was very clear. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to friends and family. Will be seeing you again and thanks for the best mother's day weekend.

Don’t rent from them. Worst customer service they won’t answer the phone only text. During my reservation they never ask me what lake I was going. On the pick up day they asked me What lake are you going and told me it was to far. They ask to double the deposit I say yes and then they change their mind. If you don’t want your plans to be ruin stay away from this rental company

Amazing experience through and through, from beginning to end. Tony and his staff are all beyond professional. I rented 2 jet skis from them and they were both in very good condition and reliable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking to rent ANYTHING because they have it all. BVR on willow and nees, Tony and his staff made getting our boat rental, one of the easiest and comfortable rentals I have ever done. I was nervous also because you hear horror stories about boat,jetski rentals, etc. But Tony was on top of it, i messaged him super late at night not sure if I had the right hitch on my car. We rented two jet skis. We took pictures of both at the time of delivery. One had some pre existing damage to the front. We pointed this out and were advised not to worry, it was just cosmetic. We didn't have the option to unscrew the front bumper to very there was no damage to the interior of it. We returned them and also made sure to take pictures at that time. My mom and my brother and I were scammed this past weekend involving a jet ski rental. We were asked to pay a 500$ deposit on a 330$ jet ski rental. Mind you, I was first asked to pay in cash (WTH?!). The deposit was for damages. We were then asked to take pictures of the jet ski prior to rental in order to prevent the owner from coming back at us with charges. This is one of the worst places to get a rental. The equipment isn't well taken care of and the people running the business aren't friendly. When we arrived the "workers" were removing a canopy from one boat to place it on a different one for a separate customer but had trouble after they lost the screws. Run as fast as you can and don't look back! Tony is a scam artist and has a criminal background! He makes his money by taking a deposit for his rentals and then charges you by claiming you did damage to his rental. When you ask for an estimate from a body shop for the bogus charges, he can't provide that information! Why, because it's all a LIE!!! This was my first time renting from them. I called them a couple months in advance to reserve a boat for Labor Day weekend. They charged me $400 for the rental but when I called I was told they didn't have me down. I showed my credit card bill fro when I paid and they ended up honoring the reservation.
