We got our loan as they promised after three extension and almost losing our minds. Nonetheless, they pulled it off. This is my third time buy a house and it's been the worse experience out all three times. Do your research, set solid boundaries and expectations, and be stay on top of these guys. They are not self starters and they have to be consistently reminded and pushed to do their job and close on time, but don't expect to close on time, they'll most likely get one, two, and three extension like what they did with us. Just be prepared for lots is heartache while going through

Hands down the best service and pricing! Andrew, Patrick, Austin and Ian at Evergreen REO are the professional, upfront, no surprises, under promise and over deliver team you want managing your real estate and mortgage needs. My husband and I entered contract on a new build in February of 2018. We were "just looking" so we didn't have a realtor or a lender that we were working with. When we decided to purchase, the builder recommended her lender so we agreed to use him. WELL, that was a HUGE mistake. He had no clue as to how VA loans worked and had everything pretty messed up for months before my husband and I decided to look for a new lender. So, I googled VA lenders and found Dave Holland at Evergreen. . . OH, HAPPY HAPPY DAY!!! I left my information

Our experience with Evergreen REO was amazing! My husband and I were first time home buyers using a VA loan with no down payment, which isn't an easy loan to process and fund; most sellers run away from VA loans, but with David and Patrick they were able to process and get our loan funded in under 30 days with a low interest rate and minimal out of pocket closing costs. Prior to working with this company we were given a 60 day notice to move out of the condo we had rented for 8 years due to the owner wanting to sell.
