Bob was great to work with! He always called ahead to tell us what time he would be arriving. It was easy to see he knew exactly what he was doing with the computer. He sat down and figured out the mess we had with no problem. He worked to get us the fastest most accurate updates for our needs. He gave us other options that we could follow and told the approximate cost of what they would be. Once his work was completed and I had a few questions about things to do, he answered them with no problem immediately on the phone and even offered to come over if I needed more help. What more could I ask
