As his business grew, so did Carlson's knowledge of refrigeration, and he soon expanded the business to include mechanical refrigeration for family dairy farms, the local butcher shops, small town creameries, and community grocery stores. When these businesses started to form regional dairies, packing plants, and supermarkets, Carlson Sales & Service also expanded to meet the evolving need.
At Carlson & Stewart Refrigeration our success is built on the dedication, trustworthiness and knowledge of our people, from our technicians, to our office staff to our leaders. Mike began his career in refrigeration in 1974, working part-time at Carlson & Stewart Refrigeration while earning his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Southwest State University in Marshall, MN.
