If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I have watched the owner, Ronald Koby, absolutely (and consistently) burn my brother, a homebuilder in SA. He has made promise, after promise, after promise and each time, he breaks his promises. He has missed deadline, after deadline, after deadline -- a job that he agreed to in April is still incomplete AND he has received payment. My brother ended up cutting his losses and hiring another company to complete the job.
