Called the office on 11/22/2021 spoke to Dr Nikpour, told him what insurance policy I had. Made an appointment for me for the same day. I completed the patient intake forms ahead of my appointment.
I showed up for my appointment and handed over the paperwork. Waited for 25 minutes and was then told they are not an in-network provider and I would have to pay $393.00 for the visit!!!
Very poor patient intake process and customer service. Luckily I never found out about their treatment services.

After carrying around my kiddo for several years, my back was hurting if I sat too long, and it just generally ached, period. After one adjustment, I could already feel a difference, and my back continues to get better. I value that Dr. Nikpour always takes the time to explain the science behind the pain and the treatment. He also adjusts the entire body, which I appreciate. I’ve been to chiropractors in the past who have cracked one area and then sent me off, but he will make sure you are feeling good from head to toe. The office is staff is always friendly and helpful. I really feel very happy with the results, since I started my procedure I felt a lot of relief to my problem, so other doctors had recommended me to have a surgery, but I found on the internet as another alternative and I tried it and it worked thanks to doctor Reza ,Now I don't feel that pain that tormented me to bend over, I always recommend anyone with back problems to visit the Doctor Reza before undergoing surgery that really works.

After a few years of being in pain, I’m finally pain free!!! I was diagnosed with degenerated disk disease a few years ago. I tried physical therapy, pain management, and other chiropractic cares so many times and the pain kept coming back. The pain got so bad that I had a hard time getting out of bed in the morning. I was so skeptical to see yet another chiropractor, but I’m so glad I saw Dr. Reza! He’s a great doctor and uses the state of art decompression machines for treatments. I felt such relief after only a few sessions and now I can enjoy all activities that I used to enjoy again

Please do not come to this doctor's office, Dr. pray, he only likes money, he does not care about people's health, I have health insurance, I was in treatment with this doctor, this office charged thousands of dollars to my health insurance, and he charged me $ 14,000 in cash, he said. It was because of the machine that makes compression in the back. My pain is still worse. My orthopedic doctor tells me that he has to do a surgery on my back. Dr. Reza & his team of professionals make me regret ever leaving NoVa. He is simply the best Chiropractor I’ve ever visited. He cares, he listens & he treats your aches & pains using various modalities of treatment: Cold Laser, Electric Pulse, Physical Manipulation as well as Non-Surgical Decompression. I went to Dr Reza without an appointment he was so kind to look into my case, I had regular pains in my shoulder and could not figure out what it was but Dr Reza found out the problem in a second and after a very first session I immediately felt such a big relief!
