Services
Waterfall Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center and receives federal funding pursuant to Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act. We are required to collect information about age, gender, race, sexual orientation, income, and family size for statistical purposes only. No individual information is submitted.
In partnership with OCHIN, who supports our clinic's electronic health record system, we are offering our patients secure, online access to their personal medical charts. Using the OCHIN MyChart, patients can see lab results, medication lists, make appointments, and much more - online, any time of the day or night.
Waterfall Community Health Center is looking for passionate and talented people to join our team on the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast. At Waterfall Community Health Center, everyone contributes value and we are dedicated to our mission.
The Board of Directors meet regularly to ensure that the center is community based and responsive to the community's health care needs. Over 51% of the board members are active, registered clients of the health center who are representative of the population served by the Waterfall. Tony Crane joined the Waterfall Board of Directors at the end of 2020.

They put you on a medication and tell you to come back in a month to determine if you can keep taking it. Then when I show up for the appointment, it's canceled, and they called the day before but left no message. So I reschedule for another month out, which is the soonest they can get me in, and show up to find they canceled again, but didn't even call this time. I showed them my call log to prove there was no call, but the manager implied I was lying.

I have been to lots of charity events, but the one hosted by and for the Waterfall Clinic at the Mill Casino was the BEST event I have ever attended. The organization was fabulous. Everything ran right to the schedule, like within a minute or two. The food was wonderful. The service was great. The Silent Auction was extraordinary in its execution.… Never before have I seen one like this. In addition to the Minimum Bid and the Retail Value was a BUY IT NOW feature with an amount significant OVER retail. My friend did a BUY IT NOW for what I consider big bucks.
