I ordered my beds and mattresses one week ago. At the time of purchase I made an inquiry regarding sales(twin shopping). The representatives said their were none. Less than a week later they are advertising 20 percent off. I reached out and asked if they would honor the sale(only one item was on sale) they said they would not.....
I’m not sure how many people know that stores will honor the sale price on items most times the equivalent length of their return policy. I normally buy all my beds from Macy’s and they have been excellent. I have shopped for 30 years with Macy’s.The sales people

The worst customer service I have experienced ever. Don't order from the company. If you want a bed order from Amazon. It's been 21 days and it still hasn't arrived. It hasn't even LEFT THE WAREHOUSE. Customer service told me there was a glitch and my order was canceled, but they STILL CHARGED ME. I asked for the bed to be shipped expedited and they said "we don't guarantee any delivery window"
No apology. No "we'll get it to you ASAP". Just you'll get it when you get it.

Horrible company, received my mattress dirty and they won't do anything about it. Completely disgusting to receive a "NEW" mattress with a few stains already on it. Nasty as heck. Spent almost a month going back and forth with customer "support" to have nothing done about it 👎. The photos I've attached are of right after I opened the matress to allow it to expand.

Warning: Zinus won't sell you replacement parts. We lost one of the side-rails to a Zinus platform bed during a move. I contacted Zinus twice and they said they were really sorry, but they couldn't sell replacement parts since they weren't individually priced. You might want to consider buying from a company who will let you buy parts should you need them.

Awful customer service.
I called a week ago and asked for the missing pieces. I was told that i would get a tracking # with shipping within 48 hrs. It has been 10 days and no tracking #.
I followed up 4 times and each time the rep tells me the same thing "you will be getting a tracking # within 24 hrs"

I bought a mattress and a bed frame from Zinus on May 18th, which arrived June 16th. The outer packaging for both items was undamaged, but the interior packaging for the bed frame had come apart and damaged some of the material on the bed frame. I contacted Zinus and they requested pictures of the damaged part. I provided the pictures and four days later was told to contact Route, the company's insurance provider that I had purchased shipping insurance from.
Route seems to be a scam. There is no contact information on their website and the app that they provide to track your "insured

My first time purchasing a Zinus bed and the first time I've purchase bedding on line. The purchase process, through a retailer, was straightforward, the delivery was as promised, and the extra-firm mattress is perfect! We've only had the product for a couple of months so I will revisit this rating after a year. But, so far it's great! From edge-to-edge, the workmanship and quality is superior.

I was in dire need of a mattress and spent a week researching Zinus which got top reviews. I went to the Zinus site over the weekend and ordered the Olivia platform bed. The Olivia is also sold on AMZ but I wanted to go direct to manufacturer because of 100 day return policy. I put in my charge card Saturday. By Monday I had not received confirmation. But the charge was "pending" in my account. I called Zinus CS and she couldn't find the order. She could only go by my email not my phone. Not my name. She couldn't find the order! So I ended up at AMZ ordering the bed

Very poor customer service. I ordered a Zinus bedframe from Walmart It was missing 3 parts. I called the Zinus customer service Oct 3 to get replacement parts and have been calling asking for a manger ever since. Now they said it will deliver Oct. 22. Thanks Zinus. I was supposed have 2 different guest come and stay and had to put them up in hotels due to the bed frame not functioning w/o 2 of the legs and a middle brace.
Shame on you for being so slow. Would not recommed.

I purchased a bed frame from them which stated it had a five year warranty. It broke after 10 months. I submitted to them all the information they requested, receipts and pictures. They have now deferred it to their management to decide if they are going to send the parts to me to fix it or not. What's to decide? The metal snapped. I weigh 120 pounds. It either has a warranty or it does not. Never mind. I will purchase another frame. Certainly not from this company.

I bought several bed frames from Zinus, two of them were the Mid Century Modern. I also bought several mattresses, a 12" Cooling Memory Foam with iCoil Spring Hybrid Mattress, and two 14" Hybrid Cooling. I can't say this enough, the mattresses are amazing. Super comfy, kept me nice and cool throughout the night. I slept like a baby.

Bait and switch warranty!! I purchase a bed frame for my 85 year old grandmother and now after only 15 months the bed constantly collapses onto the floor. I ask for a refund and was told my only option was a replacement, to my complete surprise!! Even, after I told them that there was no way I would risk my grandmother health by using their defective bed frame. I received the same response that my only option was to get a replacement.. Stay away, Amazon has a billion other options and I'm sure not all of those companies advertise bogus, worthless warranties..
