Hi, we are Kevin & Phyllis Stehlin. We started visiting Branson in 1999 and bought our first Branson vacation condo in 2004. Since then we have bought and sold several more, until today we have four of the best condos near Silver Dollar City, which we consider the perfect location for a Branson getaway.

We have a fully-fenced dog run stocked with doggie pick-up bags just a few steps away from the Clubhouse. Take Fido there to allow off-leash running to get the wiggles out! We own pets ourselves, so we know how important pet-friendly lodging can be. Bringing your boat? We have a boat slip available for rent (reserved at the time of booking your reservation, first-come/first-serve) at Indian Point Marina, which is 3 miles away.
