My fiancé didn't want me to write this but I felt compelled to say how he was grossly overcharged and paid almost $4200 in moving costs from a 2 bedroom condo in Shaker Heights to another 2 bedroom condo in Cleveland in the Larchmere neighborhood. The distance? Not even one mile. .06 of a mile to be exact. D&D was hired to conduct a full pack and move. They used so much paper to wrap the smallest items. For example, 6 sheets of large paper to wrap a watch. It's been two weeks and we're still swimming in paper and trying to locate items that were just hurriedly packed in boxes. In addition, there

D & D moved us out of our house in October 2020, our new house was finally completed in August 2021. Both teams were extraordinary!
Exceptionally kind, considerate, extremely careful with our "treasures" very careful with the furniture and new house to not to scuff floors or walls. A very special shout out to Manny and Chris who moved us into our new home in Vermilion, OH on August 18, 2021. These guys were better than anyone would ever expect. Polite, considerate, caring and very kind and personable. (Derek, you probably should promote them both). We cannot speak more highly of these professional

I am posting an updated review today because I am disappointed at the customer service from this business. I called several times to get a receipt for taxes. However, Suzanne at this establishment gave me the run around for two months. Now that tax season is upon us and trying to get things done; she sent me a receipt stating that they gave me a $2,000.00 discount. Makes me think further into this receipt because I did not get a $2.00 discount.
