Working with Wendy and her team was the easiest part of buying our new home. All aspects of the loan process were clearly explained and attention to detail was beyond compare. OMG I don’t know where to start….I have worked with Wendy and Shelly and her coworkers many times over the past 20 years and they have always been great BUT this time my refi was simple and so fast. Everyone is always happy to see you along with being professional and respectful …they even took the time to visit with me. They are friends.
I sent an email to Wendy one day just to inquire if it was worth it for me to refi. She got back to me the next day and I think within the next couple days I met with her to bring the necessary papers and then all of a sudden it was done. A mobile notary

Recently decided to refinance my home mortgage and dreaded the paperwork, etc. - but Nevada County Mortgage made the process so easy, smooth, and stress-free! Our Broker Associate - Wendy Wells - was very knowledgeable, professional, communicative, responsive and affable. Her helpfulness made the experience more of a pleasure than a chore. The Appraisal Company and the Title Co. they team with were also pleasant and efficient. I would recommend Nevada Co. Mtg. to anyone looking to finance or refinance their home mortgage.

Excellent customer service! Everyone was prompt and courteous, and took our individual needs and circumstances into account as they helped us get the best rate possible. They also worked with us to reduce some of the fees and costs typically associated with mortgages - whatever they could do to help us feel good about the transaction. Another positive - they don't tease you with outrageously low rates, only to say that rate is just for people who pay 3 points up front, or only for people with an 800 credit score. What they quote you is real, right out of the gate. They won't waste your time! I
