Wow, this guy really knows how to impress his clients.
Take a look at the communication we had this evening.
A MONTH ago, when I booked this, I advised this was for a surprise party and I needed a specific drop off time. He agreed without hesitation!
Now 48hrs before the event, he asks if he can drop off early and when I said no, his whole tune changed.
Now 9PM and I have ONE day to find someone to rent from.
