I reached out to Pro Auto to get a new windshield. They requested my vin, told me they would get back to me with a quote , never did, I had to call them back. I scheduled and excepted the quote with a time and place and they never showed up. While I was mowing I missed a call so I contacted them and was told how far my place was which they knew days in advance. My daughter is sick with Covid and we are down to one car and needed this one fix to drive. They showed not one ounce of anything but trying to get out of work. I have used them in the past and have seen a slow decline in professionalism

I was going to take my car there to get the windshield replaced, after I found that it could not be repaired. Asked me to please come to them if windshield needed replacement. So , I called insurance they sent claim to Pro Auto Glass. I never received a call from Pro Auto Glass, so I called to check if they received the insurance claim. He said he would check when he got to the office, and call me back. 2 weeks later still no contact from Pro Auto Glass. Taking my vehicle somewhere else!

After calling multiple places in town they were the only shop who was able to get my windshield replaced and the things I needed done. They got me in within 2 days. This shop has excellent customer service. Coming from someone in the Insurance industry I would recommend them to customers 10/10 good job Pro Auto! 👍🏻

Dropped my car off on Thursday for a Friday morning appt. I got a call at 10:43 am Friday from Matt stating they had broken my new windshield while installing the trim molding. Matt said I can either come pick it and drive it until the new windshield came in, or I could leave it with them for the weekend. I told Matt I would just leave it as it is just an extra car and we could do without it. I told Matt I know its an old car and its not worth much but could he please make sure it was safe over the weekend, he said no worries, he would park it inside.
